7-Day Exchange Window
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags are intact
- The item is in its original packaging
- Exchange request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
How to Request an Exchange
- WhatsApp us at 0311-1555990 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will guide you through the process.
- Ship the item back to our Rawalpindi store (return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
- Once received and inspected, your exchange is processed within 2–3 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
We offer exchanges only and do not process cash refunds, except in verified cases of damaged or incorrect items dispatched by our error.
